Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
As such, we are glad to answer any questions that you may have prior to ordering, in order to ensure that you get just what you're looking for.
Additional photos, measurements, etc are available by request - it's our pleasure, ask away!
All screens display colors differently, so if you're not quite sure about a color, or need a very specific match, please ask for more information prior to ordering. We can gladly provide a Pantone number to assist with color selection!
If you have concerns about the fit or finish of a product, simply reach out prior to ordering, and we will be glad to provide additional photos if needed, or answer any questions that you may have. We reply to e-mail quickly, and are also available by phone during business hours.
We strongly recommend ordering a smaller quantity for sampling prior to placing a larger order.
Taking these precautions will help to avoid a costly mistake, as our final sale policy is firm - no exceptions will be made.
In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged item, simply contact Threddies within 48 hours of receipt and we'll be glad to straighten it out for you promptly. Please note that items which have become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear and/or laundering are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Please note that returned or refused packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded should a delivery be returned or refused. Refund will be provided in the form of store credit. Any merchandise which is returned in worn, used or soiled condition, or which has been laundered or altered in any way, will be discarded and no refund will be given.
