Threddies ships from the big, beautiful state of Pennsylvania.
Orders over $50 qualify for Free Economy Shipping within the USA!
Normally, orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment (often same-day if your order is received before noon EST, Monday - Friday). Occasionally, it may take up to 4 business days to ship your order.
NEED YOUR ORDER REALLY, REALLY FAST? Like, yesterday? Contact us and let us know when you need it by. We will work with you to make it happen, to the best of our ability!
Orders shipped via Economy Shipping are shipped by the most economical method available (generally USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground Saver, or UPS Ground), based on weight.
Expedited domestic delivery options are also available at checkout, via the USPS and UPS.
If you prefer, we are glad to ship using your company's UPS or FedEx account - just ask!
International Shipping
Threddies ships internationally via DHL and UPS. VAT, duties and local taxes will be all be calculated and prepaid at checkout - there will be no surprise fees due at the time of delivery.
Transit Time and Delays
Please be aware that transit times displayed on our website are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays. While we can control how quickly your order ships (really quick!), we cannot control the USPS or UPS yet unfortunately.
REMEMBER - the transit time estimate at checkout does not include the time it takes to ship your order! Be sure to add 1-2 business days on to the transit time for a better idea of when your package will arrive. If you need your order shipped same-day, please reach out to us prior to placing the order to ensure that it is possible to do so - often, it is.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Due to the speed at which orders are processed, it is often not possible to change a shipping address after an order has been placed.
Once an order is submitted, there is a very small window of time available to make a change before that order is processed. The technology that we use to process payments, assign inventory, and create packing slips operates very quickly so that we can get your package out to you as quickly as possible. This also means that it is often not possible to change your shipping address after placing an order.
If you have placed an order and immediately notice an incorrect address, we may be able to assist you; please reach out as soon as possible via the chat function of our website (located in the bottom right hand corner of your screen) to see what your options are. If you have already received an order confirmation email, it is unlikely that we will be able correct the issue, as that order has already been entered into the system.
Unfortunately, the situation is the same for cancelling an order. It is generally not possible to cancel an order once it is processed and enters the system.
Returned or Refused Packages
Please note that domestic returned or refused packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded should a delivery be returned or refused. If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you to arrange to ship the package out to the correct address, at your expense. Packages returned due to an incorrect address will not be charged a restocking fee if arrangements to re-ship to the correct address have been made. Any merchandise which is returned in worn, used or soiled condition, or which has been laundered or altered in any way, will be discarded and no refund will be given.
Refused packages shipped to an international address (outside of the US) will be discarded by the carrier and no refund will be given.
Lost and Stolen Packages
Please be sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to the incorrect or insufficient address. If your package has been returned due to incorrect or insufficient address, we will invoice you to re-ship once it is received at our warehouse.
We are always glad to replace packages that are not marked as delivered by the carrier. Please note, however, that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are confirmed delivered to your address by the carrier.
Here are a few recommendations to help track down your package, if it has been marked delivered, but you cannot locate it:
- Occasionally, USPS and UPS update tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered is correct.
- Visit your local USPS office to see where the postal carrier dropped off your package. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
- Call 1-800-PICKUPS to check on packages shipped via UPS. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
- Check with members of your household or neighbors to see if your package was left with someone.
If your package has not been marked as delivered, and it cannot be located, please contact us.
Samples
Due to the volume of requests received, we are unfortunately unable to ship free samples at this time. All of our in-stock products can be purchased in small quantities for sampling. We strongly encourage sampling a product in a smaller quantity prior to making a large purchase. If you would like samples of a custom color or style that is not available for sale on our website, contact us for more information - we're glad to help!
