Got questions?  We've got answers!  Below is a list of common questions that we receive from our customers.  If you can't find an answer to your question below, feel free to contact us directly - we're always happy to help!


  • Can I get free shipping?  Yes, if your order is shipping within the US, and the total is $50 or more!  While we would love to ship smaller and International orders for free too, the cost is prohibitive.  Shipping is expensive!
  • How much will it cost to ship my order?  Add the products you'd like to your cart and proceed to checkout - once you've entered your shipping details, you will be provided with shipping options, along with their associated costs.  Remember, orders of $50+ shipping within the US ship for free!
  • What shipping methods do you offer?  Generally, we ship orders within the US via the United States Postal Service or UPS.  International orders ship via DHL.  You can read more about our shipping options here!
  • Do you ship to PO boxes?  Yes!  Orders shipped to PO boxes must be shipped through the USPS.  If you need an expedited shipping method shipped to a PO box, be sure to choose USPS Priority or Express Mail, as UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.  Standard Shipping is always available to PO boxes.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?  Sure do!  You can select from a range of expedited shipping options at checkout.  Read more about it here!
  • How long will it take to ship my order out?  All orders ship from our warehouse in Perkasie, Pennsylvania within 1-2 business days from the date your order was placed.  We can and do often ship same-day if your order is placed before noon EST on a week day!
  • How will I know that my order has shipped?  You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?  That depends on the shipping method that you choose at checkout, and where you're located.  Our shipping estimator is usually fairly accurate, but please be sure to add on the time it takes to pack your order and ship it out (see above), and be aware that an estimate is just that - an estimate.  We can't control the USPS or UPS just yet! ;)
  • Where do you ship from?  Threddies ships from Perkasie, Pennsylvania.  That's about halfway between Philadelphia and Allentown.  We also have a funky little store here in Perkasie, which you are welcome to visit if happen to be in the area!
  • Where do you ship to?  Threddies ships to the US (duh), Canada, The United Kingdom, France, Ireland, The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Philippines, Italy, Spain, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Monaco, Portugal, Israel, Japan, and South Korea.  If you live somewhere else - reach out - maybe we can help!
  • I'm not in the USA - will I be charged additional fees when my package is delivered?  No!  VAT, duties and local taxes are all calculated and prepaid at checkout - there will be no surprise fees due at the time of delivery.
  • Can I pick my order up at your store in Perkasie, Pennsylvania?  Yes!  Reach out via email immediately after placing your order to arrange pickup.  If your order total is under $50 and you were charged for shipping, we will be glad to refund it.
  • Do you offer dropshipping?  No, it's not our jam.  Sorry!


  • Do you have sales?  No.  A long time ago, we decided that it was better to offer our very best prices every day, instead of inflating them and offering sales periodically.  To get our very best prices, order Bulk Packs.
  • Do you offer a first time buyer discount?  No.  See above!
  • I need to change or cancel my order.  If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we can usually do that for you!  Contact us and we will be glad to help.  If your order has already been packaged and/or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
  • How can I track my package?  Your shipping confirmation e-mail will contain tracking information.  Didn't get the e-mail?  Check your spam folder!  Still can't find it?  Reach out!
  • What is your return policy?  We have a firm Final Sale policy due to the nature of our products.  You can read more about it here!  We are always glad to answer any questions that you may have about colors, sizes, fabrics, etc prior to ordering.
  • Can you send me samples?  All products are available in small quantities for sampling, so that you may order samples online at your convenience.
  • I'd like to place a custom order.  Awesome - we love custom orders!  Contact us and we'll talk!
  • I'd like to place a wholesale order.  You can sign up for our Wholesale list here.  Feel free to contact us with any questions.


  • How is your product packaged?  As minimally as possible.  We will often bundle items together and re-purpose gently used polybags and boxes.  You can read more about our sustainability practices here, if you're interested!
  • Can you pack my order in a special way?  Maybe!  Get in touch and let's talk about it!


  • Can I re-sell your products?  Absolutely!  Have at it!
  • Are your products branded?  A vast majority of our products are not branded.  If there is a Threddies tag, or logo, it will be disclosed in the product description
  • Can I white label your products?  Yes!  Our headbands, scrunchies, hair ties, slouch socks, etc are intentionally unbranded so that you can add your own label or tag and make Threddies your own!


  • What is *insert style name here* made of?  Check the product description.  If you need more specific details, contact us and we will be glad to help!
  • What size is *insert style name here*?  Will it fit me?  Check the product description.  If you need more specific details, contact us and we will be glad to help!
  • What is a Bulk Pack?  The more you buy, the more you save.  Bulk Packs contain a bulk quantity of a product, at discounted pricing.  Quantities per pack vary by style, so be sure to check the product description for more details.
  • What is a Case Pack?  Case Packs contain 50 Bulk Packs, all in the same style and color (or pre-packed assortment).  If you'd like to order by the case, reach out and we will be glad to assist!
  • Can I choose my own color assortment in a Bulk Pack?  Short answer - No.  Long answer - Bulk Packs are cheaper because they are already made up and ready to ship.  Individually packaging Bulk Packs not only involves more time and effort, but also leads to inaccuracies in inventory and greater margin for error.  If you'd like to pick a specific assortment, you can order pieces individually.
  • Where are your products made?  We manufacture in the USA, Peru, India, China and Indonesia, If you'd like more specific details about a particular product, contact us!
  • Do you sell gift cards?  Yes!  You can order gift cards here.  They can be used online, or in our retail shop in Perkasie, PA!
