Polka Dot Bow Scrunchies

Polka dot scrunchies with a softly-tied bow.  These give the look of a knotted scarf tied around a ponytail, with the comfort and function of a scrunchie!

Scrunchie part measures about 4" from edge to edge, un-stretched.  Bow measures about 4.5" across.  Ties measure about 3" long.
