Polka Dot Scrunchies with Ties

Basic black scrunchies with tails, covered in polka dots for fun! These polkadot hair scrunchies are narrower/less bulky than a traditional scrunchie around the band, with a little extra pizazz!

Set of two scrunchies contains one of each color, as shown - 1 black with white dots, 1 white with black dots.  Also available in a Bulk Pack of 12 scrunchies at a super nice price!

Scrunchies measure about 3" across, from edge to edge, un-stretched. Ties measure about 3" long.
